Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations.
- Utilizing your negotiation and listening skills, you'll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
- Build your clientele via warm leads and referrals with quality relationship-building talents.
- Use your savvy skills to meet and exceed daily quote goals of 6 quotes a day or more.
Requirements
- An Active MA Property & Casualty License OR Personal Lines License is Required.
- No experience necessary. Must be willing to be coached and trained.
- Must be a team-player with the ability to build rapport.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
