Role Description
This is a part or full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at Elia Law PLLC. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to businesses, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, and conducting legal research. The Corporate Lawyer will also be responsible for advising on matters related to business formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Structuring and drafting transactional agreements, corporate organizational documents, ancillary agreements, and preparing specialty license applications.
- Advise clients on contracts, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals.
- Review, revise and negotiate a variety of other commercial and real estate agreements.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and excellent academic credentials
- Member in good standing of state bar association
- 3 years of corporate and transactional commercial legal experience
- Significant contract review and negotiation experience
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Urgency and results focus to ensure timely and appropriate response to issues raised; and
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
