Residential Youth Counselors provide supervision and direct care to students while maintaining a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00

FULL TIME / PART TIME / PRN
Second Shift
2nd Shift, First Half : Sun. 8:30AM - 9:00PM, Mon- Wednesday 1:30PM - 10:30PM
2nd Shift, Second Half : Wed - Fri 1:30PM - 10:30PM, Sat. 9:00AM - 9:30PM
Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of students by providing monitoring and supervision.
- Ensure completion of program documentation.
- Promote student success by developing positive therapeutic relationships with students and work to understand students emotional and physical needs.
Position Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and be at least 21 years of age.
