Description
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Visit Driver - HVD drives a company vehicle during work hours and is responsible for visiting patients’ homes to make first contact or follow-ups, fill out applications and/or obtain collateral information needed for case filing.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely always drives and operates company vehicle
- Drives to patient’s residences, employers, emergency contact or next of kin to obtain government forms and verifications
- Daily documents and forwards information obtained to appropriate worker
- Delivers complete applications to various government agencies when instructed
- Follows and completes daily route assigned
- Comfortable driving to different areas of metroplex
- Performs other duties as required by management

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED (or higher)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS or maps apps
Physical and Work Requirements:
- This job requires about 90% of time spent on the field driving and conducting home visits
- Able to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs throughout the shift
- Extensive periods driving, sitting in vehicle
- Physically qualified to operate a company vehicle
