Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Manager to oversee and lead design projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of interior design projects, including planning, conceptualization, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget constraints.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.
- Oversee the selection of furniture, materials, colors, and finishes that align with project goals and client preferences.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and assistants, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Professional certification (NCIDQ) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial and residential design projects.
