Project Manager Elite

Summary/objective

Responsible for completing various projects successfully while remaining on time and within budget.

Essential functions:

• Overseeing estimation, preparation, and execution of project scope, design, budget, timeline, contracts, and supply chain needs
• Collaborate with Area Field Managers in managing work personnel to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship expected
• Communicate with team members to determine the status of the various projects
• Communicate with key stakeholders on project progress
• Review budgets regularly to ensure the project does not exceed the allocation

Work environment: Inside an office, as well as out in the field

Physical demands: Must be able to bend and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly

Travel required: Local travel on a daily basis as needed

Required education and experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• 3 years Project Management
• Knowledge of flooring and/or tile installation
• Valid Class "C" Driver's License

Preferred education and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years Project Management
• 2 years of experience in flooring and/or tile installation
