HVAC Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the best HVAC system placement and configuration.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Test and balance HVAC systems for proper airflow and temperature control.
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding system upgrades, repairs, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Complete job documentation, including work orders, service reports, and customer invoices.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for HVAC repairs and installations.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
