What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Specialist position at Elite Health Solutions LLC?
MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN A BANK OR CREDIT UNION AS A PERSONAL BANKER OR LENDER. This position is built on assisting members open new accounts, including IRAs. Additionally, a member services professional may process transfers, manage applications, and resolve any issues or member concerns. The member services professional also communicates with members over the phone to answer member questions and concerns.
This key position in the credit union requires the employee to be friendly, helpful, and respectful. They must alos be able to maintain the confidentiality of members

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
