Administrative support for the commercial HVAC office of the day to day responsibilities to include:
- Answer phones, customer service, create work orders and bills for customers, schedule jobs.
- Computer skills for data entry of vendor purchases, inventory, reports, bills and invoices.
- Human Resources and some payroll.
- Good communication with employees and customers.
