General Description: The Staffing Coordinator is a dynamic role responsible for the recruitment and orientation of all caregivers. The Staffing Coordinator prepares each caregiver's HR file for approval to be scheduled. The Staffing Coordinator facilitates communication between the caregivers and the office staff. The Staffing Coordinator also assists the Operations Manager with several administrative tasks including but not limited to, assisting with scheduling caregivers, assisting with calls to caregivers and clients, maintaining caregiver compliance documentation, and more. Recruitment and retention of caregivers is a pivotal role at Elite!
Education/Experience requirements:
- Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
- Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- In the event of a call out, the Scheduler will either fill the shift or as last resort cover the shift themselves.
