Social Media Specialist Responsibilities
- Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation, ensuring high-quality and engaging posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer monthly reports to leadership that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
- Monitor user engagement, manage communities, and suggest content optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- 3 to 5 years Social Media Experience
- Social Media Ads experience preferred
- Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience with social posting and monitoring tools (e.g. StatusBrew).
- Ability to create and edit engaging short-form content, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
