Duties Include
- Perform the day-to-day activities of the laundry department to assure that an adequate supply of laundry / linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents;
- Coordinate daily laundry services with nursing services; Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments;
- Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to supervisor; Keep work areas free of hazardous objects, unnecessary equipment, and supplies;
Follow established fire safety policies and procedures; Coordinate isolation procedures with nursing departments.
