We are looking for an associate or mid-level attorney with experience in Complex business litigation attorney - experience with business breakdowns, shareholder agreements, contract disputes. Between 4-10 years of experience at a law firm in NJ. litigation experience.

The job is on-site in NJ with salaries starting around $145-$200K DOE along with bonus and full benefits!

Salary : $145,000 - $200,000
