As a Tennis Professional at Elite Sports Clubs, you will be at the heart of our tennis program, guiding and elevating the skills of our members. Your mission is to inspire and instruct, creating an environment where players can thrive and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to players of all ages and skill levels, enhancing their tennis skills and knowledge.
- Organize and lead engaging tennis matches, clinics, and socials, fostering an atmosphere of healthy competition and camaraderie.
- Refine players' techniques, strategies, and match tactics, ensuring they perform at their best.
- Develop and implement personalized training programs that emphasize physical fitness, mental resilience, and sportsmanship.
- Maintain the courts and equipment in pristine condition, ensuring a safe and enjoyable playing environment.
- Offer constructive feedback, motivation, and mentorship, helping players reach their tennis goals.
Qualifications
- Passion for tennis, demonstrated through exceptional knowledge and experience in the sport.
- High School Diploma or College degree.
- Certified tennis coaching credentials (USPTA or PTR) or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and instruct with professionalism and enthusiasm.
