Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives work order from supervisor for specified production.
- Follows procedures provided with work order and fills out work order accurately with required information.
- Assists with related special projects, as required.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts.
- Works constructively with team.
- Judgement is required in resolving problems and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assures that all details of a task are accomplished properly.
- Sets good examples for others, good role model.
- Understand the difference in products and the specific requirements for each product.
- Ability to understand and follow safety and quality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
