Coaching hours are typically 5 : 00-6 : 00 p.m. at the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center / DVHS or 7-8 p.m. at the San Ramon Olympic Pool, Monday through Friday.
About ElitSwim :
ElitSwim includes a swim lessons contract for the City of San Ramon, a pre-competitive year-round program, and a nonprofit USA Swimming-affiliated swim club.
Lessons and practices are performed at both City of San Ramon pool locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide swim instruction based on approved curriculum.
- Enforce all safety guidelines and regulations
Desired Qualifications :
- Teaching swimmers proper stroke development and technique fundamentals
- Swimming experience preferred
- Have a passion for coaching and working with youth athletes of varying levels.
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing proper conduct during practices.
- Prior experience working with youth swimmers (e.g. Assistant coach, Swim instructor, or other related experienceincluding background as a swimmer)
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Willingness to receive training
Compensation :
$21-$30 h / r based on experience.
Work Schedule :
This is a part-time position. The schedule is set for one hour per day after 5 p.m. in either location at the San Ramon Olympic Pool / California High or Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center / DVHS.
