Responsibilities of the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:
- Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
- Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
- Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
Qualifications of the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:
- Must be a Licensed Nurse in PA
- Previous Unit Manager or ADON experience
- Responsible, ready, and eager to work
