CLINIC ASSISTANT
DEPARTMENT: Community Health Nursing
HIRING RANGE: $18.25-$20.28/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB SUMMARY:
Support position that works with multiple functions within CHN. Majority is clerical work with scheduling, client intake, phone calls, scanning, and data entry in multiple programs for various types of medical information. Will do capillary testing and assist nursing staff as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or G.E.D with up to 18 months training related to phlebotomy; computer software applications related to patient/medical tracking, patient records; 1 - 2 years in clinic setting
- Competent in performing phlebotomy
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Pre-employment background check and Hepatitis B Vaccine eligible
