As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential administrative support in a dental office setting. Utilizing your core skills in medical administrative support, patient service, and office experience, you will handle front desk duties, manage medical records, and ensure smooth office operations. Your premium skills in medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and CPT coding will enhance your ability to navigate EMR systems and maintain accurate patient records. With relevant skills in dental terminology, customer service, and multi-line phone systems, you will contribute to a seamless patient experience.
