What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at ELLINGTON RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB?
Ellington Ridge Country club is looking for a part time bartender for the upcoming busy season. Hourly rate is based on experience. The ideal candidate would be at least 21 years of age. Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, & wine. The ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Tips certification is a plus. A Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
The normal day will include:
- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Close out check with the proper payment and keep all receipt
- Build a rapport with customers
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Keeping the bar organized and clean
