Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite applications for various tasks including document creation and spreadsheets.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Create and maintain order files accurately.
  • Coordinate effectively with real estate professionals, lenders, the appraisal district and other title offices to facilitate seamless operations.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in customer support techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with filing systems and organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) for efficient task execution.
  • Typing proficiency to ensure timely documentation of communications and reports.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional communication over the phone.
  • Experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • High level of computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.
  • Familiarity with title office procedures or related experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
