We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite applications for various tasks including document creation and spreadsheets.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Create and maintain order files accurately.
- Coordinate effectively with real estate professionals, lenders, the appraisal district and other title offices to facilitate seamless operations.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient in customer support techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with filing systems and organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.

- Experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.

- Familiarity with title office procedures or related experience is a plus.
