Precision Machining Technician – Aerospace & Defense Specialization
El Cajon, CA

Functioning as a Precision Machining Technician, you will be integral to programming Citizen and Tsugami machines for optimal, consistent manufacturing of precision parts for demanding environments. Additionally, you’ll program components for mill and mill-turn technologies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise programs for Swiss Screw, Mill-Turn, and Milling machines
- Translate engineering blueprints and CAD models into G-code
- Identify and select efficient tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Refine operations for peak equipment performance
- Compile thorough setup sheets and technical documentation
- Liaise with diverse departments for alignment
What You Need:
- A High School diploma, GED, or certification from a trade education institution is necessary
- Over 5 years in Swiss programming (Esprit proficiency favorable)
- Deep knowledge of G-code
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD designs
- Exceptional diligence and self-sufficiency
