In partnership with the VPHR, create and execute on a strategy to deliver high impact talent solutions focused on acquiring and growing the capabilities of Ellsworth employees, fostering an engaged work environment, and increasing organizational performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of related experience and/or training, preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, pharmaceutical/food manufacturing or packaging/dispensing environment
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in a related field of study or equivalent training or experience
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- To perform this job successfully individuals must be proficient on a personal computer and have knowledge of Human Resource Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software and Word Processing Software.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages talent acquisition process in partnership with RPO provider to ensure strategic talent acquisition process, while performing in-house recruitment for key roles.
- Creates, supports, and drives the strategy and execution of key employee life cycle priorities that attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Evaluates talent management processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies to influence candidate experience and current employee engagement.
- Designs, develops, manages, and leads the improvement of key talent management processes across the organization.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to develop and implement practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks that enable the Talent Management strategy.
- Balances the value of developing standardized processes with the need for business unit customization, ultimately ensuring the ability to attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to meet business objectives.
- Leads, designs, and creates talent management related tools for field HRBPs to deploy within business units.
- Trains and coaches field HRBPs in talent management processes.
- Drives the execution of the performance management, talent review, and succession process across the organization.
- Creates and incorporates employee value proposition into talent acquisition strategy.
- Creates and integrates EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and associated messaging throughout Talent Management solutions, tools, and frameworks that reflect Ellsworth values and culture.
- Establishes metrics to monitor effectiveness of key talent management programs. Analyzes trends to develop value added solutions to drive business results.
- Provides guidance to HR team and leaders on proper execution of initiatives involving change management.
- This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities and does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions.
