- Administer the Quality Management System.

Recognize and implement effective problem resolution.

Ensure all processes in area comply with ISO 9001/AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.

Lead the internal audit process and internal auditors.

Support the Company's Quality Assurance Programs.

Manage the Quality organization staff and their daily activities.

Develop and facilitate quality assurance related training for production and management personnel.

Maintain product traceability information.

Perform daily quality metrics and analysis in key areas of production.

Use Six Sigma/Lean methods to improve product quality throughout facility.

Manage all nonconforming product

Submit all non-conforming product to customers when required

Contribute to all product development.

Contribute to production improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with customer specified purchase order requirements.

Act as point of contact for 2 and 3 party QMS audits.

Maintain the gage calibration system.

Assist Purchasing with the Supplier Selection and Evaluation process.
