*Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Full-time Residential HVAC Technicians.*
Our HVAC Technicians provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our customers' heating and cooling systems, completing assigned preventative maintenance, and overseeing the work of our apprentices to ensure all work is performed correctly. This full-time position comes with the required occasional additional hours and outstanding benefits.

* $100K p/yr (commissions for experienced technician)
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in field service residential setting
* Valid Driver s License
* Current TDLR
* EPA certified
* Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
