Openings :
- Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem : 1st shift (7 : 00am- 3 : 00pm) & 2nd shift (3 : 00pm- 11 : 00pm)
- Part Time and Per Diem : 3rd shift (11 : 00pm- 7 : 00am)
Pay : $30- $43 per hour (based on experience, benefits status and shift differentials)

Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatmentFollow a plan of care designed by our Nurse ManagerPerform Medication Administration and Treatments per POCMonitor residents' conditions and report accordinglyRecord accurate documentation in accordance with the provided ordersA current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of RICurrent CPR / BLS certificationIdeal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and / or long-term care settingPrimary series of the COVID Vaccine Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)INDLPN
