To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Nursing home experience required.
- HVAC certification strongly preferred.
- Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is essential.
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints is a requirement.
- Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- A license in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. is required.
