The L&D Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Learning & Development function by managing learning systems, tracking compliance, and facilitating courses to improve the experience of our associates and those we serve. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments to enhance training effectiveness. By overseeing LMS tickets, ensuring seamless new hire setup, and conducting targeted coaching, this role directly contributes to operational efficiency and organizational development.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage and resolve LMS tickets, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution

Track compliance and training completion to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

Maintain accurate training records for audits and reporting purposes

Oversee new hire setup, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all employees

Schedule and manage training sessions, workshops, and certifications

Provide technical support and user guidance for learning platforms and tools

Facilitate monthly mystery shop workshops to enhance customer service and sales effectiveness

Provide 1:1 coaching for new team members, offering actionable feedback and development strategies

Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions

Generate reports on learning progress, compliance status, and performance trends

Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and system functionality

Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall learning experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, JIRA, LMS

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

1 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role

Experience with LMS platforms such as Edge2Learn, Performance HQ, Interplay, or Grow Learning

Knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning best practices
-
Familiarity with training program administration and compliance tracking

Previous experience in coaching, performance management, or instructional design is a plus
