POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Analyst I will play a key role in managing the company's financial assets, ensuring optimal liquidity, and supporting the Treasury / Accounting team in executing key initiatives. This position is responsible for daily cash management, analysis, and reporting, as well as providing support for various treasury operations, including banking relationships and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Monitor daily financial activities, cash, funds and financial transactions, transfers, wire payments and ACH transactions

Maintains and manages relationships with banks and financial institutions and assists in negotiation of banking terms, fees, and services

Ensures compliance with bank covenants and maintains necessary documentation standards among the company

Maintains and manages user access to banking and financial websites, ensuring appropriate permissions are in place

Prepares and distributes regular treasury reports, including cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and investment performance

Maintains financial security by following internal controls and promoting an ethical environment

Performs other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or degree in business with relatable experience)

CPA certification preferred but not required
-
1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field. Experience with cash management, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred.

Experience with implementation of a treasury management software is preferred.
