As an Property Manager you will work closely with your support team: District Manager, Service Manager, Regional Project Manager and Regional VP. We work together as a team to ensure we are delivering quality housing with excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
o The ability to be a strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professional who knows how to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
o The desire to walk your community daily! Our managers and leasing professionals are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
o Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events
o Ideally no less than 2 full years of prior property manager or apartment leasing experience on "B-C" communities is a plus with strong focus on immaculate curb appeal and upgrading
o Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through
o An excellent ability to schedule
o The ability to multi-task
o Must be a proven leader and professionally represent the community and company at all times
o A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times. "Inspect what you expect"
