These opportunities are located on the North and West side of Indianapolis working directly with the Property Manager under the direction of the District Manager and Project Coordinator with a team on a site ranging from 336 – 550 units. Our Company works closely with ownership’s crews to oversee renovations and capital improvements.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
5 Years of Multifamily Maintenance experience
3 Years of Supervisory Experience
Excellent Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge
HVAC Certificate Type I & II
Proven track record working with large maintenance teams
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
Computer knowledge & Yardi experience
Scheduling/ Inspecting/ and entering pos
