Job Summary
Works under the direct supervision of the Director and/or Assistant Director of Laboratory Services and the Medical Director(s) of the Laboratory. Responsible for accurate transcription, filing, patient reports, courier of specimens, typing policies and procedures, papers, articles, and other related tasks as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
High school graduate or equivalent. Courses in medical terminology and computer applications.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Pathology medical transcription preferred. Computer/word processing experience. General office skills. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
Pay Range:
$23.85 - $34.11Salary : $24 - $34
