Your Role

As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Your attention to detail will ensure that our residents enjoy a safe, fresh, and comfortable living space. You’ll work closely with the team to make sure the facility is sparkling clean, ensuring that all common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in resident rooms and common areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping supply area
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working condition
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures to maintain a healthy environment
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to lift and move items as needed
• Compassionate and caring approach to residents and their needs
• Ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures
