What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Server position at Embassy Suites Beach Resort Gulf Shores?
Pool Servers are the face of the pool area to its customers. They attend to pool guest by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after customers leave.
- Take customers’ food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
