We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. - Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
- Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine
- Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
- Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment Qualifications :
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
- In good physical condition with excellent health Compensation : $14.42 - $15 hourly
