Job Description

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and shuttle team. This role is critical to the success of our guest experience and overall hotel performance.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, full-service hotel environment and has a passion for guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk and shuttle departments
  • Lead, train, and support front desk agents and shuttle drivers to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure all Hilton brand standards and service expectations are met or exceeded
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and prepare weekly schedules
  • Work closely with housekeeping, sales, and engineering to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Monitor and manage front office expenses and labor within budget
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Uphold a positive, team-oriented work culture
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
Qualifications
  • Must have previous management experience at a Hilton-branded hotel
  • 2 years of front office or hotel operations leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient in hotel PMS systems (OnQ, PEP experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, full-service hotel environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
