Embassy Suites Denver International Airport seeks qualified, Full-Time, Evening Shift Maintenance Engineering staff.
Candidates will be responsible for general preventative maintenance, building repairs, and friendly guest interaction.
Duties include but are not limited to general facilities maintenance, building and equipment repairs, and accommodation of guest requests. Ensure preventative maintenance in all guest suites and public areas. Address any maintenance issues as directed by the chief or his assistant as needed. Perform repairs and general maintenance in all areas including kitchen and laundry to maintain smooth operations. This is most likely to include electrical, mechanical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, general repairs, landscaping, installation, moving and heavy lifting. Must be able to work alone or with a team. Maintain duty logs, progress reports, and inspection sheets. Excellent communication and guest service skills are required. Ability to work a flexible schedule preferred.
