What are the responsibilities and job description for the Complimentary Services Attendant position at Embassy Suites - Jacksonville?
The Complimentary Breakfast Attendant will work closely with the food and beverage manager and team. They will be responsible for replenishing buffets, keeping the dining room clean, and greeting each guest. This is an entry level position for the food and beverage department and is a great stepping stone for those looking to work in the hospitality industry.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 4:30am - 11am | Saturday - Sunday: 5:30am - 12pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist breakfast cook with daily set-up
- Serve guests directly from buffet when needed
- Replenish both hot buffet and continental items as needed
- Clear and sanitize tables
- Ensure cleanliness of serving and dining area
- Must have kitchen skills as this position has to cut fruit, bake muffins, cut vegetables, and make salad

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training
- At least 2 references
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Friendly & Positive Attitude
- Quick learner
