What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Ember Recreational Vehicles?
The Regional Sales Manager is a frontline leader who consults with Ember leadership to develop strategic goals for topline revenue growth by establishing and maintaining a network of strong dealer partner relationships. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for interacting closely with our dealer network, planning, implementing, and guiding performance of our dealer partners; provides sales strategies to our dealer partners’ management and sales teams through the development of effective goal setting, regular review of sales activities and effectiveness; and assists with the development of company programs to improve overall sales performance in a specified region.
These are the expectations of your role:
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ember Recreational Vehicle products and mission.
* Manage ongoing quality of dealer partner relationships and ensure adequate company support for dealer sales events and training (on-site and virtual).
* Recruit/prospect reputable dealer partners to ensure Ember retains a top performing dealer network.
* Routinely review dealer partners’ performance, including forecasting, stocking levels, inventory reports, program participation, market penetration, dealer personnel education and mentoring, communication/support of warranty or service issues, and competitive brands stocked.
* Implement and promote sales initiatives to assist dealer partners with retail sales growth.
* Create and adjust sales strategies and training through developing and maintaining a competitive knowledge base.
* Measure and report weekly, monthly, and annual sales results, correcting and growing sales performance by implementing procedures to ensure sales goals are met.
* Provide exceptional ownership experiences while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners.
