Clinical Supervisor - BCBA

Embrace ABA, PLLC, a growing ABA therapy clinic in Mansfield, Texas, is looking for a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor.

Founded in January 2023, Embrace ABA specializes in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to empower children with the tools they need to thrive—focusing on functional communication, social skills, and community/safety skills.

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services
• Manage a case load of 27–30 hours
• Collaborate with RBTs, families, and other professionals
• Deliver parent training and ensure quality care
• Maintain documentation and compliance with ethical standards

• BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping children and families succeed

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive Salary: $75,000–$95,000/year
• Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3 PM (No nights or weekends!)
