POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead and Inspire: As a Field Superintendent, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful, timely, and high-quality completion of construction projects.
Champion of Schedule and Quality: Ensuring our projects are completed on schedule while prioritizing safety and quality.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS FACTORS
- Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent.
- Technical Expertise: Your proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite enables you to navigate projects with agility and precision.
- Project Work: Must demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
