Apprentices and helpers are required to assist the plumber that they are working with in any way necessary. This will allow them to gain hands-on training and knowledge from the Senior Plumber.

- Learn from the plumber that they’re assigned to. Assignments will be on a rotating bi-weekly schedule.
- Maintain a passing grade in the apprenticeship program.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Enrolled in plumbing school or a company approved apprenticeship program.
- Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade, or willing to obtain upon hire.
- Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
