SUMMARY
Assist Human Resources Manager with administrative duties. Position holds a high level of confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for administrative duties within HR Department.
- Maintains proper records of employee attendance, including completing necessary insurance carrier paperwork.
- Submit online job postings, short list candidates and schedule job interviews.
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities.
- Reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy with payroll deductions.
- Help coordinate employee reviews and training.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Skilled with MS Office Suite
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Must have a high diploma, GED or equivalent for this position.
- Associates degree and/or certifications in human resources’ field is preferred.
- Relevant experience within the last 3 years.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department or like department.
- Knowledge of ADP, a plus
