Job Title: Site Manager Job Summary: The function of the Site Manager is to steer the facility maintenance team in the direction that provides optimal outcomes for our customer as it relates to cost, quality, and efficiently while maintaining high safety standards and meeting key performance indicators set by the EMCOR Vice President of Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes workload to manage normal day to day activities, emergency assignments and special projects (both Company and Customer) to ensure all KPIs and performance objectives are completed to satisfaction Manages subcontractors and direct reports Performs annual performance evaluations for direct reports Holds subcontractors accountable to meeting contract requirements Manages team to ensure all work orders to completion and work orders are closed out / completed within account timeframe Responds to customer escalations and ensure constant communication is being facilitated between account, providers, and customer Investigates, develops, and implements projects, processes, or activities to reduce or contain costs, increase quality levels and meet standards by utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) For associates, trains, mentors, manages the review process and engages in associate development For customer, develops and maintains a positive relationship that supports open dialogue Promotes commitment to environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns, and making recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree in relevant technical field (such as facilities management, construction management, or relevant engineering field) or equivalent combination of education and experience MBA preferred CFM or FMP certification, preferred 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance, site management or customer service role required Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word Professional and friendly demeanor, willing to go above and beyond to accomplish the mission
