Location: California, USA (Remote with extensive travel)
About the Role:
They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow their edible oils business across California. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with a strong network in food manufacturing, foodservice, and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and food manufacturers.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the edible oils market.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience within edible oils, food ingredients, or FMCG sectors.
- Established network and knowledge of the California food manufacturing and foodservice markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with frequent travel across the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
