Sales Representative – Edible Oils


EMEAA Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a reputable U.S.-based company specializing in premium balsamic vinegar, olive oils, and specialty oils. They are recognized as a trusted leader in providing the highest quality products within this sector.


Location: California, USA (Remote with extensive travel)


About the Role:

They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow their edible oils business across California. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with a strong network in food manufacturing, foodservice, and retail channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and food manufacturers.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the edible oils market.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience within edible oils, food ingredients, or FMCG sectors.
  • Established network and knowledge of the California food manufacturing and foodservice markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with frequent travel across the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
