Job Description:
The Customer Service Assistant at CORE X PLUG provides frontline support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.Pay Range:
$1050 - $1250 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
- Address customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure resolutions that align with company policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and analyzing feedback for process improvements
- Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and customer management software (CRM)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
