As an Events Assistant, you will support the events team in various facets of event management, coordinating everything from logistics to communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-event planning and logistics management.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure event needs.
- Manage attendee registration and communication leading up to events.
- Support on-site event coordination, ensuring all aspects run smoothly during the event.
- Prepare event materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional items.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoicing for various events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning or assistance is a plus.
