Position Overview
The Lead Data Analyst & BI Team Leader will manage the analytics team, lead complex data projects, and deliver advanced Power BI solutions to support value-based care initiatives. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the data team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to best practices in analytics and reporting.
BI Development
Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, focusing on value-based care metrics and business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary interface between the analytics team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
Project Management
Oversee analytics projects, define priorities, and manage timelines to align with organizational goals.
Data Governance : Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
Performance Analysis
Drive analysis of trends and metrics to support strategic decision-making and value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications
Required :
- 8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams or complex projects.
- Strong understanding of value-based care metrics (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS, shared savings).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
