- Multi-site reception and call center operations
- Patient and provider scheduling optimization to improve access and utilization
- Referrals and authorizations for managed care, workers’ compensation, and commercial plans
- KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Regional process standardization and onsite leadership support
Make a meaningful, measurable impact on patient access and care delivery while leading teams in a fast-growing, mission-driven orthopedic organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of healthcare administrative or medical practice operations leadership
- Proven expertise in patient access, call center operations, scheduling, and authorization workflows
- Strong understanding of managed care, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance
- Experience leading multi-site teams and driving performance through coaching and accountability
- Data-driven operator with the ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Effective communicator with strong change management and cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience with enterprise EMR and patient access platforms preferred
