Product Development & Design Coordinator (Remote)
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Join our growing team as a Product Development & Design Assistant, supporting the design and production teams in bringing each collection to life. In this role, you will coordinate samples, track development calendars, create and maintain tech packs, BOMs, and development trackers, and help document seasonal assortments.
- Manage sample development, tracking, approvals, and vendor communication
- Own and negotiate costing with overseas partners
- Support product testing, fit reviews, and revisions
- Own production checkpoints from handoff to final shipping to ensure product executes per SMS and testing requirements
- Create technical packs for garments and accessories, including print layouts and trim details
- Render engineered and repeat seasonal prints into garment sketches (PSD)
- Organize and maintain digital and physical product archives
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in women’s apparel
- Strong computer skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office required (InDesign and Trello experience a plus)
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
- High sense of urgency, punctuality, and accountability
- Knowledge of print and embroidery techniques and ability to problem solve around limitations
- Basic understanding of garment construction preferred
- Experience with international product development and sourcing required
